RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision using our contact details.
You must return the products within 14 days of informing us.

2 Return Conditions

Products must be in original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective).
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.

3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned products.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error).

4 Exceptions

Personalized or custom products cannot be returned.
Products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
